What is Ability Profile?

All potential employees will undergo assessment evaluation that will enable EASE to provide appropriate training and work placement.

Definition: competence in doing with natural aptitude or acquired proficiency based a graph or design representing the extent to which an individual exhibits traits or abilities as determined by tests or ratings.

Ability profile includes three categories as following:

1. Cognitive

2. Physical/Medical

3. Emotion/Mential Health



Cognitive Ability: is based on or capable of being reduced to empirical factual knowledge that originating in or based on observation or experience.

Physical/Medical: distinguish any concerns or requirement with the body and its needs of or relating to material things and/or requiring medical treatment

Emotion/Mental Health: include the affective aspect of consciousness of mental power or capacity and the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit
